The delivery quality – more possibilities through logistics competence

Our full range of products is the pre-requisite to also meet the need for seldom required tools quickly and reliably. We keep more than 40,000 items ready in our warehouse, which we can deliver to you within a few days.

Transport within Germany is by free parcel delivery (free for purchases above 150.00 €) and via rail carriage and forwarding agency, free place/station of reception, including packaging.
Bulky and heavy goods that are indicated in the tables with a black triangle, as well as original and special packaging are excluded. Here, delivery is ex-works, freight forward, excluding packaging. For our tool machines (for catalogue group 79), likewise delivery is ex-works, freight forward, excluding packaging.

We add 6.40 € for small orders below 150.00 €, and 9.40 € for mini-orders below 30.00 € for postage and packaging.

All urgent orders for ready and available items are delivered on the same day if we receive your order by 18:00 hours (on Fridays until 17:00 hours).

Deadline Service
Would you like to receive your order on the next day by a specific time? On request, we deliver all orders up to 30 kg received by 16:00 hours within Germany at the following flat rates:
• up to 9:00 hours on request
• up to 10:00 hours 41.00 €
• up to 12:00 hours 29.00 €

3-hour Service
Call us – we will deliver immediately!
Within 3 hours within a perimeter of 150 km from our central warehouse in Stuttgart-Feuerbach. The flat rate for delivery for shipments up to 30 kg is 1,20 € per kilometre, however, minimum 25.00 €. Naturally, we will make special deliveries even to the rest of Germany - please inquire about the delivery time while placing your order.

Saturday Service
We also deliver on Saturdays! For the Saturday Service, the flat rate per shipment up to 30 kg within for delivery Germany
• up to 10:00 hours 56.00 €
• up to 12:00 hours 46.00 €
• up to 17:00 hours 39.00 €

Self pick-up
You can pick-up your products directly from the warehouse in Stuttgart, from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00 hours. Please call in advance so that we keep your order ready.
